When i click the program, my com starts processing but after they showed the sponsors and the little medallion at the bottom right foot of the screen, after that the whole screen remains black and blank. cAN anyone help me? pls? i bought it with my hard earned money and there is no refund or exchange. HELP ME PEOPLE! PLS!!!!

Half my family only knows how to use the computer to check the weather and nothing more. I would like to know of a good program simular to weatherbug that WONT set off my spyware scanner, that will do the same or simular job. Any suggestions?

My computer in general runs super snail slow. When entering the website entering such website address, my computer does not respond. Once clicking the internet icon I can start using the net. So now i have two screen opened. I have tried disk clean up. disk defrag. Uninstall programs I dont use. I need help can some one give me suggestion on what my computer is expiencing???

Ive got a message on my acer laptop stating my dvd driver program has become corrupted or deleted. After phoning the helpline expecting to be directed to a new device driver i was told the only way to fix this was to relaunch windows, not an option after spending hundreds of pounds and hours on buying downloadable software! heres the info:device driver program HL-DT-ST DVDRAMGSA-T10N Driver provider microsoft driver date 01\07\2001 version 5.1.2535.0.i cant back anything up since i cant use the dvd drive because of this problem. please help

Whenever I try to go to gmail on my laptop, using IE, it bounces back and forth between "opening pages.........(blah blah)" and "Done", over and over again and never opens. I dont have this problem with any other site, or on any other computer. Any thoughts??

ok so i used dvdfab decrypter to burn a dvd onto my hard drive. but now all i have is a file with a bunch of folders that say "VTS" what's the next step i need to take to watch the dvd?

Since I bought a new computer I find that on some web sites the pages dont fill my browser yet with my old computer every web page took up 100% of the browser and I found all the text large enough to read, I have tried changing the settings in internet options but all this does is change the text size but not the size of monitor that I view.
PS all my friends computers have the same problem and they used to be envious of my old computer because of its user friendly size of the web pages

I had two operating systems, win98 and win XP, I format the drive on which win XP existed. Now when I want to start my computer, in the booting menu still the name of win XP exist. How can I remove it from booting menu so that when I start my computer it directly goes to win98 and start without asking "which operating system do you want to start your computer?"
Note: I choose win 98 because of less RAM and processor.

GE doesn't work permanently, it works for some time and most of the time it doesn't start because of a server connection problem. Well I can understand that the server has a limitation in the number of people using GE at the same time all around the world. If this is the real problem so GE is useless, I know that it's a wonderful Program but if can't use it, damn it. It's like a beautiful car that I can only look at but can't touch it or so.....
Note : I have tried it in five computers, mine, and four at work, and it's the same thing, so it can't be a problem in my computer.

I know how to change the size of desktop icons alltogether, but is there a way to make certain ones a different size? Like if I wanted the main ones to be bigger? And what about the font on the desktop, can I make it various sizes as well??
