When i click the program, my com starts processing but after they showed the sponsors and the little medallion at the bottom right foot of the screen, after that the whole screen remains black and blank. cAN anyone help me? pls? i bought it with my hard earned money and there is no refund or exchange. HELP ME PEOPLE! PLS!!!!

my version comes in one disc. model=hp pavillion t230d windows xp home edition
ram= 256mb
333mHz Sdram memory

Which operating system are you using
Laptop or Desktop
Do you have a Dvd compatible drive
How many disks did your version of the game come with
What model pc do you have
How much Ram do you have
