Does anyone know the cause of GoogleEarth server connection problem?

GE doesn't work permanently, it works for some time and most of the time it doesn't start because of a server connection problem. Well I can understand that the server has a limitation in the number of people using GE at the same time all around the world. If this is the real problem so GE is useless, I know that it's a wonderful Program but if can't use it, damn it. It's like a beautiful car that I can only look at but can't touch it or so.....
Note : I have tried it in five computers, mine, and four at work, and it's the same thing, so it can't be a problem in my computer.

The FireWall is not the cause, I deactivated, still nothing.

That sounds more like a firewall preventing connection.....Try turning your firewall off, and see if you can connect. If you can visit after shutting it off, you need to configure the firewall to allow you to visit this site.....
