I'm about to reinstall WinXP SP2 on a friend's pc because it was riddled with virus, spyware, trojans, etc. I want to do a clean install.

Has anyone had any problems with the web kins web site affecting there computer? When ever my daughter plays games on the web kins web site my computer shuts of due to over heating. This is the only time my pc does this. any one else have this weired problem?

why is that when someone sends me an e-mail with a picture that is supposed to go along with it... it does not show up? it says something about a bitmap? how do i get the picture to show up? and when i send it to other people they as well cannot see the picture that goes along with it.

The x box has a built in modem and is 230 watts. Is it at all possible? If it is, could you please provide as many specifics as possible? Is any hardware or wiring required? Thanks

On a cable modem? after recently switching to a longer cable since the one provided by my isp was too short my net connection is running a little slow. Does the cable make a difference or is it just a coincedence?

bought a new computer and it came preinstalled with 60 day trial versions of word and outlook.

When i open word it asks for my 25 digit product key, but i dont have one, and the number on bottem of pc doesn't work either.
So now i'm downloading office 60 day trial version from microsoft.

So heres my question: should i first delete the version of office that was already installed on the computer b4 installing the version i just downloaded?
i hate dealing with dell thats why i'm posting here,

I would like to find a font that looks like the 2007 Chevrolet Suburban lettering found on the SUV. I've found somewhat similar fonts - but nothing thick and blocky enough. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I've removed the 300 GB drive that was previously used for my Windows 98SE system. It was partitioned for use under WIN98SE, which limited it to 123GB or so. I've plugged it into my laptop, through an external drive enclosure, and it is recognized by my Windows XP. However, the drive letter doesn't come up, so I can't access it. I believe that I will need to format and/or partition the drive/ How do I go about doing this in XP, alternately, is there a software program that will do this for me automatically ??? Thanks.
