Is it possible to hook up an x box to a pc in order to get the computer to run?

The x box has a built in modem and is 230 watts. Is it at all possible? If it is, could you please provide as many specifics as possible? Is any hardware or wiring required? Thanks

you can only network the xbox to the pc but your pc must be running
