They pass me from pillar to post they never resolve my issue and they constantly put the phone down on me, does anyone else have this problem with Orange in the UK? or any other so called call centre based customer services

Yes, another disgruntled Orange customer. Constant 'outages' as they call breakdowns and no real answers to questions. People who don't care don't deserve our business. I moved to Vodaphone on their new package. Look at it. I'm happy, thank you.

My wife is with O2, I have switched from Orange to T-Mobile. Orange was by far the best of the three. It depends on your particular issue and on sheer luck I guess. And the high street shops are no better: they tend to be reasonably friendly but they are really just there to sell new phones or contracts. I guess this is comparable to high street banks. The important thing is to keep your expectations very low, and spend as little of your time and energy battling with them. Good luck

They're a bunch of jokers. I try and minimize contact with them. Unless it's really important just don't phone them. And when you do get through, just complain, like straight away, for anything. Then maybe they will smarten up their act. Or they certainly will if they start to lose customers to poor service.

i've never had any trouble with orange, thry've always been good. just make sure you get the nme of who u r speaking to, ask even if they say and then they know they can be held responsible for the call.

if u really get messed around tell them that you are recording the call, it always works! bit un-nerving to start as i felt real stupid when i said it but they jump to your every beck and call!

Don't switch to 3. They are terrible too. 6 months to get phone fixed. Still not done it!

Theres a trend here, tell all your friends to f*ck Orange and eventually they will:

Go broke
Fix their sh*t service

Simple!
