I was making a flash animation and to make it seem as real as possible I wanted to record sounds (voices/music) from online movies or cartoons...etc. to use on my animation without losing 90% of the quality by using a microphone. I think I've heard of some type of program that let's you just take the sound from movies or something...I don't know, but I figure: if there is a program to record what I do on my screen (which I just found out there was) there must be a program to record sounds. Anybody know?

My computer desk is full of dust. My desk is in a corner (not kiddy corner) my computer is set long-ways, so I can see its side windows. There are 2 case fans going beneath the side-window, and they attract alot of dust around them.

I like the variety on Youtube but one thing worries me all the kids posting and the presence of perverts, I speak from experience as my niece posted something and she had all these subscribers and checking on some of the names -mikedashypvs - nawtwood2-tkboy, collegboys, joeboxer2007 nomel999 ooohhhyeah superdancer3 perico20122000 etc they were subscribed to lots of other young girl channels so I advised her to remove the video

when i open some games in my computer ; the screen goes out of the monitor from the right side. i mean i can only see the left half of the screen.i have geforce something and most of the games work fine. i tried different resolutions for the game and the windows but nothing seems to work.

One of the users in my company has a problem when she logs in everyday. The setup for Office 2000 and Auto Cad 2006 will start to run, even though this programs are fully installed. She is on a roaming/mandatory profile. I tried adding her into the Administrators group and logging in, but it still happens. When I login as the admin I don't have the same issue. What could it be? She is currently using Windows 2000.

It is nothing serious, but I keep getting mail in my myspace from people from this site called "amateurematch.com". I don't know how they got my myspace. I also would like to say that I have been getting a lot of friend requests from these "people" (I highly dought it) that want to be my friends. Is there anything I should know about this site "amateurematch.com" because I clicked the link and had to leave quickly. I know that I had a really bad virus that I got rid of that wouldn't let me on myspace and now that I am back on I get all these messages. Is there any advice anyone can give me?

I have a directory on my computer that has several folders with even more files. I want to erase all the folders and save the files in one directory. is there a freeware program or method that anyone knows to be able to do such a thing?

i have a copy of norton ghost v5.1,its quite a old copy but unused and come with a aopen dvd-rw i was given
i have looked at the requirements and it says you need dos 5.0 or later and 8mb(16mb for ntfs)(i have 1.5gb ram) and a 80386sx processor(i have a amd athlon 3200+)
so my question is ,can i use it on my xp home os,or is it just too dam old for xp

I need step by step instructions from turn on computer! I need help. Also, my young child has somehow created his own email acct. He's 9 but very smart and VERY CURIOUS. How can I check his email. I don't want him to think I don't trust him. It has to be justified before I can ask him or confront him. everytime I try to open my videos folder it closes out as soon as it comes up. plus, I guess I uploaded a video on a website because now whenever I try to upload a picture or music or anything from my computer its already opened to the videos in the upload form and my internet page closes out. I've scanned the folder for viruses and it said it was fine. please help!

Well, I got a new laptop, but apparently, it doesn't have internet connection. Sometimes if I'm lucky, it does get provided by "linksys", but most of the time, it is disconnected. So, I'm thinking of buying a wireless internet at Staples or Best Buy. Do any of you guys know a good wireless internet that is worth buying? Thanks in advance~

I currently use an Intel Pentium IV 2.4 Ghz 32-bit procesoor.I am going to buy a new 64-bit processor.Should i install the MicroSoft Windows XP Professional 32 bit or the MicroSoft Windows XP Professional 64 bit.Whats the difference?Is changing the OS to a 64-bit one necessary?Will the processor be able to perform in its maximum capacity OR the 32-bit OS will make the processor slower?I am confused.Please dont tell me to install Vista.I totally hate it.

Ok I've been bad and let my curiousity get the best of me...I have been snooping in my bf's online bank account. I've had an on/off relationship with him and it has been hard to trust if he is being straight with me or may be involved with someone else. I still love him and I don't want him to find out i've been snooping or even worse, end up losing him. When I am logged into the bank site there is an info bar I can click on to look at the account login history. The history shows the last 20 logins which are from me so he will see that someone has been logging in to his bank account. HELP!! Does anyone know if it is possible to delete the login history or have any other ideas that might work? And does anyone know if the older login history is no longer viewable after a certain period of time--like say maybe a month or so? I wish I never let my curiousity get the best of me. I don't know if he'll ever forgive me if he knew it was me. I hate to lie but I might have to to get out of this.

Have just bought my daughter a laptop on which she did the initial set-ups, inc log in name and password, she was then asked to re-start her computer and once she did it will not accept log in/p-word. I cannot log in by leaving these blank (as works on some computers). As she is has only had it for two hours this is a little bit frustrating! It is an ADVENT 7105PA. Thank you
