Why does the Microsoft Office setup run every time a user with a mandatory profile logs in?

One of the users in my company has a problem when she logs in everyday. The setup for Office 2000 and Auto Cad 2006 will start to run, even though this programs are fully installed. She is on a roaming/mandatory profile. I tried adding her into the Administrators group and logging in, but it still happens. When I login as the admin I don't have the same issue. What could it be? She is currently using Windows 2000.

wonder if there's a shortcut to setup dropped in the startup folder at start > programs > startup.
