video problems?

when i play a video on my pc it skips really bad

There is a possibility that is caused by a hardware problem. If I was in your shoes, I would take the PC back to the store where I bought it and ask the repairman if there is something wrong. If you did not buy your PC at a store, then find somebody close to you that will check it out.
