grab edges of window and expand it before closing it , next time you open it it will open in full. Its because a window or pop up changed the window size and it always goes back to that size. And if you open a 3rd window you will propblably have to do the same

Okay if your using Internet explorer do this. At the top of the window there is a tab labeled view go to the text size and adjust it to medium or large and that should solve the problem

If it is not resolved then you need to change your settings right click on the desktop and go to properties. Then click onsettings and adj the screen resolution and click apply.

Click the square in the middle of the minus and red X. Keep doing this until it expands to fullscreen *can still see start menu*. Or put your mouse cursor over the edges, hold down the button and move it around.

You can't... you can only expand it to full size "after" it opens.
