110+ WPM, and the only way to get better besides practice is a typing tutor like Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing. My wife is using it and she's getting better.

I type about 75-80 wpm. Been typing for over 8 years though.

Practice a lot. The Mavis Beacon is good and will teach you the basics, but you need more. Get a book or anything with long lenths of text and type. The more you practice the better you'll be. Also, if you have a tape recorder, try recording different things then play them back while you type it out.

One way is to learn especially frequently used word-segment patterns like "tion" and "er" and such that your fingers can just rattle off without thinking. Another is to learn to memorize sentence fragments and then type them while occupied mentally with something else (e.g., I typed half of this, while paying attention to a TV show.)

Approximately 80wpm. I recommend you play some of the free typing games on the net. TyperShark is a favorite of mine.
