I have this paper due in 2 days and i dont have a word processor in my laptop and I cant go anywhere else for one and im getting desperate!. I heard abt online word processors and i was wondering how they worked? are they alot like microsoft word? can i attach it to an email or save it to a disc like i would with a word proccessor thats inside my computer??? please help??

I am trying to download World of Warcraft trial version, but it say i am having a problem with my firewall.I have went to control panel but ther was nothing ther i could use, so what cab i do to get my firewall off for a bit ?Oh yeah ........I have norton anti viruus 2004.

I know char takes one byte and int takes 4 bytes, but my C++ books does not state if short takes up less memory. I am assuming is does. I know in java short takes up less memory.

My computer was running good until a few nights ago it just slowed down out of no where. I refomated the hard drive on it and now its doing the same exact thing slowing down not following commands until a few minutes later. I went and checked the CPU usage and it is sitting on 100% usage and will not slow down and is not running any programs while it does this. What does that sound like the problem is and what can I do to resolve it. Oh yeah if anyone is wondering the info on the computer it is a HP and has a 30 GB hardrive and is running windows XP. I would appreciate any and all suggestions that will help me resolve this problem.

My computer runs Windows XP MCE 2005 and when I try to shut down it just says "Windows is Shutting down" but nothing happens. Also somtimes I get a blue screen error when I restart. Should I reinstall Windows?

I have a PC game which seems to only support full-screen mode. Is there a way to "force" it to open in window-mode?

when i rip my dvds to my hard drive it gives me a choice of where to rip the files. is there a prefered method to organize your dvd collection on your harddrive? example. c:/movies/all my movies
or c:/spiderman/video_ts c:/captainhook/video_ts

Im getting windows media center and mymovies2 plugin and have started to rip dvd's to my harddrive but i am clueless as to how to organize all the files and how to know which file is which so I can find each movie i downloaded easily. when i download them to the computer it just says video_ts and video.info on all of them Im thinking it is goign to get very confusing after a while. i have about 100 movies to rip. I have 1tb of hard drive space I figure 100 movies is only goign to be about 500gb with dvd shrink. that will leave another 500 gib for everything else. thanks
