Cusefan ... Yes, Mistiza's answer is absolutely correct. The Sharpie company DOES make a special line of markers specifically for CDs and DVDs ... It says so right on the packaging.

Sharpie! But They Do Sell Some Markers At Any Stores To Use Just For Writing On CD's Or DVD's. =]

They make markers for writing on cd's and dvd's they are called CD markers made by Memorex is the type I have!! But I've used permanent markers before and it didnt hurt my cd's so goodluck!

Hi,
Any kind of permanent markers would work...
but i suggest you to buy a sharp pointed soft tip permanent marker ( use either Black or Blue or Red) because they are nice to look at when you write on the discs.

any sharpie markers

as long as they are NOT dry erase
they should be able to.

they really shouldnt be any problem towards the CD
but i reccomend a good ol sharpie
