Sounds like spyware or viruses has corrupted crucial system files....a good reinstall should fix this...good luck.

Hi! I am harman, as your computer runs in Windows XP MCE 2005 and when you tries it to shut down it just says "Windows is shutting down" but nothing happens. Also sometimes you get a blue screen error when you restarted your PC.
"SO THE CONCLUSION IS THAT YOUR WINDOW HAS SCRIPT PROBELUM, TO REMOVE THIS PROBLEUM YOU MUST INSTALL WINDOW OF COMPATIBLE FOR YOUR PC."

No. You have a device that is attached to your computer that is not shutting down properly. Reinstalling windows will not fix your problem if that is what is going on. Disconnect any external devices and see if that fixes your problem. If it does it most likely means you need to update the drivers for that device.

First press shutdown and let it sit for about an hour to make sure that there is a problem. Make sure your computer is clutter free, your hard drive is defragmented and run a few anti virus scans and spyware scans. If the problem persists than wipe the drive (save important files to a cd, external hard drive...) and reinstall windows. make sure your registry is not messed up. I reccommed buying Tune Up Utilities.
