need to send an email message to lets say (John) then a copy of same message to (Sally) and then a blind copy to ( Larry) I'm not sure how or what it means to copy little alone what it means to send a blind copy. It says(Blind copy) means that nobody else knows(Larry) recieved the same message.

Up until a few month ago I've had HIGH-SPEED internet connection. By that system I could watch any news video on internet at first class picture & sound quality.
Since I've changed over to Telephone "DIAL-UP" service the videos picture qualty is O.K., but the sounds are "on" for a short period, then the sound becomes "mute", the picture's good quality remains but stay "frozen" during that resting time. - After some longer period of waiting the video continue again for for a few seconds and thereafter stops again to "rest". It keeps on showing-and-stopping while I have the video turned on.
Can anyone tell me how could I watch news videos on continuous way in my PC?
My operating system is Windows-XP. My dial-up internet system provides a 56k or 392k Service.

Hi, I have Norton Anti-Virus 2006 but it seems a Trojan may have got passed it and deleted my RAM. When purchased it had 1024 MB of RAM but when I view basic information on my computer it says I have 0.99 GB of RAM, Im not too sure if this is an equal amount but my 3.2 GHZ PC is going extremely slow and applications (particularly internet) stop responding.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I bought a refurbished IBM T40 a couple of weeks ago and it was running perfectly. It had a clean install of XP professional and didn't have any problems until last night.

The laptop screen just stays black when booting up even though you can hear the fans, and cd drive going.

It has 512mb ram, 40gb hard drive, and pentium m processor.

Has anyone had any experiences like this before or know what the problem may be?

The laptop has a 30 day warranty so if I cant fix it, I can just get a replacement.

I have reinstalled Windoes XP Por after formating the hard drive. Installed SP2, all ok. Then go to Micorosft and do the rest of the updates. But after that the internet connection speed is painfully slow. Has anyone experienced this before? Many thanks.

i updated the latest version of AVG, then did a system restore which deleted the update, but now i cannot remove the leftover AVG files on my PC, any suggestions? it says: Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use. do i have to make sure that ALL previous files for AVG are removed or will that be automatically done with the next install?
