My friend told that we can burn a text file in a cd and play it in a dvd player. But i dont know how to do it. please help me. what format should i put the text file to be played in dvd player. please urgent

I know that we can burn PICTURES in a CD/DVD and they would play in DVD Player as Slide Shows.

I am not sure about text files.

May be your friends has converted the Text files in PICTURES and make then show up as a slide show ;)

Just a guess but i feel thats what he did.

Correct me if i am wrong

i dont know any of the software for that. i would prefer you to convert the text file into picture using any photo editing software like photoshop, etc. first create a blank photo and make a text area in it. now copy the text and paste it into that area and save the photo. now burn the photo into CD using Nero.
there you are. this is simple though boring solution for your problem. this will work for small files. just break apart the file into number of small files copy them separately in separate photo.

the best i could suggest is to use a screen video capture software and convert it to dvd.
