i only got this new pc about 3 weeks ago. it was delivered and set up for me. but ive had loads of problems with it. so the company have decided they are going to bring me a new one out on friday and swap it. what i want to know is what do i need to wipe off and how ? or would it just automatically wipe itself ? also when the new one is set up will all my information and e-mails and lists and friends all that will it be lost or wiped or will the information still be there. i know i sound confused but computers do confuse me sometimes. would be grateful for any help and advice.

my mums pc has asked her to take out a disc and reboot the computer. she has taken the disk out, turned it on and off and it still hasnt rebooted. she is on the black start up screen, not the windows screen

I only want to see what questions I have up and running and I can't get onto the page. My machine is having an 'everso sorry, but we're going to cut you off' day. Is there anything I can do? Or do I just have to go with the flow and sulk until it's working properly again. (It's only today it's been like this! Must sense my mood!!!)

In my institution more peoples are using same computer including childerence and they are changing system settings and programfiles. So how can i restore my earliest position. I HEARED 'IF ONE PCI CARD IS USED WE CAN RESTORE HARDDISK AS EARLIER EVEN IF IT FORMATED" BUT IT IS COSTLY.

Firefox 1.5 is installed already on my PC if I install Firefox 2 will it take all the installed add-ons and extensions of Firefox 1.5 i.e will it upgrade existing Firefox 1.5? or do I have to install all the Add-Ons and Extensions again?
