when u run avg software it will say infected files, there will be many many many, look at path and see what folder they are in, delete that whole folder, probably my download files or something like that, go to control panel, add remove programs and take out any weird ones, run avg again, then when u reboot your system press f10 button so u get system restore, do it, it wont delete any data but will set u free from this really hard to get rid of software

Get Adware SE from Lavasoft. I prefer it over Spybot. Its free to download

First scan with Norton antivirus(Disable system restore and boot from windows safe mode.To disable system restore, right click on my computer and click properties. To boot from safe mode, click F8 while loading windows OS).
After that download the spyware doctor, and full system scan with that.

Go to download.com, download an anti-spy program like Ad-aware or Spybot (they're free), install and run it.
