I guy at my work thought it would be funny to screw around with the computer I work on. Somehow he has gotten all the keys to type out something besides what you type. For instance, when I press y the letter is z and z is y. What should I do to fix this problem.

I reinstalled WINDOWS last night (because of lots of spyware & trogans) but a lot of the programs that my computer originally came with are did not come installed. The internet would not work. Is there something I did wrong? Do I have to reinstall the modem? What if I use DSL?

My computer would not connect to the internet and my wirless program does not show up. Please help!

I just got my throw away camera pictures developed from my birthday. However, it has 30 pictures, and I only got 19 back, most likely bc they were too dark, and about 8 of the 19 are too dark to see anything... We obviously forgot to use the flash thinking we didnt need it when we did.... but is there any way to take our negatives and brighten up these pictures? Will stores that do the photo developing do this? Or is there a computer program I can do this with?

Can anyone recommend some software that will enlarge low resoloution images so they can be printed on a much, much larger scale, without pixelation. I have a wide format printer and put images that can be up to a meter wide. Have you had expereience using this type of software.

I really really really want a laptop, I find it impossible to save, let's face it, I'm terrible with money. I've been trying to get a laptop on finance from many high street shops, I keep getting declined and yes, I know getting declined effects your rating. However, I have been accepted with a few mail order catalogues, littlewoods, lxdirect and empire stores. The only problem being is that the credit limit is so low, not enough. I know that after a while they increase your limit, but god damn it, I WANT ONE NOW..... I am in full time employment, have been for 3 years, I should be eligible. Apart from them seeing those maxed out credit cards. Does anyone know?

Im trying to reformat my computer using an xp cd,so i tried to reboot from it using cd drive,but everytime i do this nothing happens,or the same thing happens.why? what should I do ? what are the proper steps ?

I tried to drag and drop from the hard drive over to the d: drive. The burn was not successful. When I went back to the folder where the pics are, all I can see is the MS Picture Manager logo and the picture will not open. I now have a "thumbs" icon that was not there before. Does anyone know how I can restore these pics or are they gone forever?

when i reinstalled windows with the operating system cd... not all the programs showed up again (the ones i know came with the computer in the first place)

the modem was not installed. nor the other programs such as mcafee, jasc, sonic recordnow, powerdvd...

did i do something wrong?? please let me know.. i am soooo frusterated
