Level 2 is when you have over 250 points. So keep providing good useful answers to questions until you reach that level.

my computer says that there u need 250 to reach level 2. u can do this by answering questions, even if u dont know the answer u can put i"i dont know" just to build up ur points

250 to get to level 2. However, you don't get points with thumbs up/down, but you do get points for anwearing questions.
