Studying for the A+ Cert are we? FYI, you may pass the course and get the cert by finding the answers here, but unless you DO THE MATH YOURSELF - be resourceful and STUDY , you will never be successful at providing Technical Support or whatever position that this gets you in the door in despite whatever certs you amass.

If you're taking a computer course, it needs to be updated. No one uses floppy drives any more. I don't need the points. Give them to someone who does your homework for you.
