do ineed to disable numbers 1,2,and 4? to reboot from CD?

This message is telling you the order the system is going to check for a bootable disk. Whichever one it finds first it is going to use. If you want to boot from the cd you can make the cd the first choice or as you indicate you can disable the items before it.

Go to Bios.Then select Boot Device . Select CD Rom. Save and Exit. It should boot from CD rom.

no you need to change Cd to number one see bios for how to do it
