I'll be heading off to university soon, and even though all my games are Windows compatible (as they always are), I was just wondering if few could work on an Apple Macbook (even though I know the system requirements don't really mention Apple as an OS). Just trying my luck! Thanks!

P.S.- Apple states that a part of Windows software can be installed on it. Will my games work on my Macbook then?

It seems that the boom of computer technology nowadays becomes irresistible and a lot of our children/minors are potentially using this medium in roaming to some sort of sexually motivated area and because of no ominous law prohibiting them from getting into these media. Computer games also are most preferred by the students rather than study their lessons. And most of their time is being utilized in computer rather than family and social activities. Respect of parents, elders and even teachers is lessen.

I'm looking to get started with my own computer repair/consulting business. I have my A+ certification, but my hands on experience is limited. Should I just go for it, and see if I become successful?

My computer is fairly new (about 3 months) and the screen has started to get a "redish" tint that comes and goes. Somtimes it lasts a few minutes and other times it lasts up to 12 hours, sometimes more. I have reset the computer, turned it off, degaussed it, unplugged the connection cord, nothing has worked. Do I have a virus or does the screen and/or computer have a problem, if so how can I fix it?

I recently bought a dvd-rom drive for my pc because I thought my cd was broken. Not long after installing the dvd drive it stopped working also. I have tried reinstalling both of them physically and they are recognized for a short period of time but are soon gone once again. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I got a trojan alert. Macafee then couldn't delete or quarantine it. I restarted my computer and my programs found under start>all programs>etc. are gone. I still have my programs and can run them all, but can't get to them from the start up menu. Can I get them back? I am able to put a shortcut in the menu where it automatically appends programs that I use on a regular basis, but I want them back in the normal place.
