Download ISO Recorder (http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm) and follow the instructions it gives when you run it. It's very simple and you'll be burning that .iso file to a DVD in no time at all.

The Vista Beta 2 iso is a DVD only iso. You will need DVD burning software like Roxio or Nero. Most times you should just be able to click on it and say Burn using... "program name" and Roxio starts up, recognizes the iso and usually makes it bootable automatically. Either way you are going to have to burn it as a bootable iso. And, to avoid problems, install Vista to a separate partition (or disk), who knows what can happen with Beta operating systems, especially from Redmond.

you need to burn it to a CD or DVD. Most burning software such as Nero or Roxio can handle them.
