How to use use a PC without having the password?

My younger brother changed my password...Im having limited access in my own computer

just goto window

there are two files
system.dat and user.dat just delete it.......

for your any problem occured dut to it ......... take backup......

You should still be able to log as Administrator: check this option and it's done. But if your brother did that with administrator rights, there will be very little to do... Speak with him!!!

if it's windows 98 just press esc.
