Close all programs and re-start your computer. Put the disk that came with your printer into the CD-ROM slot and click the open option.

just uninstall the driver 1st and then install the printer drivers again simple

If you have the CD, stick it in the thing, and it will reinstall the drivers...if you don't have the CD, download the drivers from the manufactorer's website, and install it.
