It was running fast, until I installed the internet.
Didn't download anything, and I did a clean install of Vista?
What could be making it run so slow?
Should I upgrade more ram?

My computer has been making kind of a grinding noise, I believe this is related to my hard drive but almost all of my applications are running very slow as well, even when loading webpages. Does this sound more like a processor issue or harddrive related?

So yah...

My computer keyboard is packed with three months worth of parrot+cat+ferret ****. There is also alot of cigerett (well...we'll call them cigeretts) ash in it.

Well I gotta clean it. How should I go about it? My homie down south-side said kerosene should so the trick but I'm afraid itg may not be strong enough.

Acetone...Gasoline I don't really know what I should use.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

My cousin was talking about buying a older g4 mac computer and then upgrading the processor. I don't know any other specs about the current one. Is it possible to buy a used -or new- processor and then manually switch from your current one? If so, do you know how to do it?

I have a 120g and a 160g harddrive. What I've noticed is say for example, I have used 100g (so approx 20g left) on the 120, and I delete say 10g, I should be left with 30g free space. But that is not the case. I still have 20g free, and 90g used. My hd space is being unaccounted for after I delete files! I have cleared recycling bin, temp files etc but those shouldn't matter anyways. Help would be greatly appreciated. If this sounds like a virus, norton isn't picking it up. Any suggestions?

Would it be possible for me to take my current slave drive, make it the master drive, install XP onto it, and then use my current master drive as slave and run programs and games from it? or would I get a bunch of error messages?

what i mean is, if i just switched the master and slave position of my current harddrives (and installed XP on my slave as new master), could i use my CURRENT master as slave and would the program's on it still run?
