I was just wondering if it will be compatible with my motherboard and will work on my computer. I know it won't be able to operate at the 1000Mhz on my motherboard. Will it operate on 800Mhz though?

There is a huge difference in the speed. With a USB connection its 480mb/s, though with eSATA its 1000mb/s! Is there some kind of adaptor that can make my USB external hard drive connect to the eSATA port on my pc?

I saw it on the CompUSA website. Is it a good video card? Where else could I buy it? Is it compatible with DirectX 9 because I need it for Flight Simulator X?

I have IBM Thinkcentre desktop. Last month the original power supply got fried, the original IBM power supply was out of stock so I had to install a new unbranded power supply immediately. Till now my computer is working okay with this supply.

Do you guys think I should replace the unbranded power supply with IBM original power supply now, although this would be expensive affair. But I want to make sure that it may not harm my computer in long run. Please suggest ?

Before answering please keep in mind that the unbranded power supply installed on my pc is not that cheap in quality, its the best available supply in unbranded market & is coming with 1 year warranty !
Secondly I have been using it from last 1 month, 10 hours a day.

Thanking you all in advance.

Is this card any good/decent? Its the only card I could find that works with my 300W power supply, and no way am i upgrading that too. My current card is ATI Radeon Express 200 so i guess anything beats it. Also i found this one:

Is it exacly the same? What is the difference?

My Dad recently wanted to format his PC and reinstall the OS (xp pro) and backed up all his media to a DVD, unfortunately the DVD became corrupted or damaged and hence he's now lost all the media which contained precious family photos and videos, all his tax information etc etc

Now he told me he did this last night, and I’ve told him not to install anything else.

Can anyone advise me the best way to attempt to recover any of these files as I don’t have the first clue what to do or program to use. (I'm willing to pay to recover this so any file recovery software license fees ill pay)

All comments much appreciated.

I recently purchased this board and had decided to try to use two NVIDIA g-cards in SLI but it seems as though the package doesnt contain a bridge or connector. I looked at the manual and there is no mention of a bridge being included. I was under the impression that all SLI motherboards came with a bridge. Am i wrong? if so what is the best solution for me? Does this board run sli nividia cards?
