I've been Liquid-Cooling my PC since January, and the Coolant has turned a Brownish, Oil-like Color. I know I probably should change the Fluid, but Why did this Happen?!?

I used the Green Coolant the Thermaltake Bigwater 735 came with!! It was a "UV Green" in Color, and Now its sort of like "10W-30", if I had to make a name for the Color...

So why would my Coolant turn to this Dark Color, in the first 6 Months of use?!?

Is this Normal?!?

Hey, I purchased a ABIT KN9 SLI NVIDIA Socket AM2 mobo. It looks great. Within in two days it it me. Why AMD? They may have higher clockspeeds. But intel has more cache and faster front side bus. Intel just seems so much superior. Should sell my mobo and go with intel or experiment with AMD.

I used core temp and wondered what the tjunction represents...
It show 100*C is my processor that hot??

THe cores show 45 on idle and 60-65 on load. Dam thats hot (trying to fix that rite now can't think of anything else)

So basically my question is what does the tjuction in core temp represent

First of all let me start off telling you that my computer is as good as garbage now that I have upgraded to Windows Vista. I'm real siked to play Halo 2 Vista on my PC, Crysis, and the highly anticipated Gears Of War PC.
First of all here are my computers specs:

Windows Vista Home Premium
2.7 GHz Intel Celeron Processor
512MB DDR SDRAM memory
Intel Extreme Graphics

And here are the requirements for what I need:

Windows Vista
2 GHz or faster processor
1 GB of system RAM
NVIDIA 6100, ATI X700, or above

Could someone point out some specific parts I could pick up at like Best Buy?

I also need a new motherboard, because the one I have isn't compatable with the new PCI Express Cards.
Can you give me links to websites (perferebly BestBuy) for the following parts that will run smoothly with Vista and cost less than $800:

Motherboard
2GB RAM
Direct X 10 Video Card

Whoever gives me the best answer will get 50 Points.(Id make 4 more ?s and pick you) Thanks a lot!

So lets say you have close to 500,000 small files (2-4Kb image thumbnails) on a server. You have a website that will display 200 or so thumbnails on one page and approximately 10,000 views of these pages on any given day. So if you can do the math you likely have several people at any one moment trying to load 200+ thumbnails.

Would moving these thumbnails to a usb memory key offer a speed increase? Seek times on these flash memory sticks are incredibly fast compared to SATA drives but then you're confined by the USB bus speed.

Opinions and experiences?

For example, could my computer work with a 256 MB stick in one slot and a 512 MB stick in another slot for a total of 768 MB of memory?

I tried adding 2 new 512 sticks to the 2 512 sticks of ram I already had. The Newegg website said that it would be compatible, but after I put it in it totally screwed with my computer, and it was not booting at all. I got it to read one of the two original 512 sticks, but now I am at 512 MB instead of a gig like with both sticks.
Help please.
The new ram would not work at all, and I was messing around with the different slots, and it seems that the two older sticks that came with the computer will both work in the fourth slot, but not the first second or third slot. I have some new ram coming in the mail, but if it is the sockets themselves with the problem, will I just need to get a single stick that is a gig? My computer can handle four gigs, so could I put a two gig stick in one of the four slots, the one that is working well?
I had a tech look at it, and he got the two old sticks working in 3 and 4, and it worked but when I came home yesterday, it was back down to 512????

How does the intel gma 950/900 (64MB shared Memory) with 1GB ram and 2.164 Ghz processor compare to the nvidia geforce 6150 LE? (not sure of shared memory) with 960MB shared ram and a 2.0 Ghz cpu (Dual core). I want to run certain games, but I don't know which processor would run them better.

Relevant items in my shopping list as follows:

1. Thermaltake W0144RB 600W PurePower Modular PSU, (irrelevant?).
2. Corsair TwinX 2048Mb DDR2-6400 (2x1024Mb) w/ Heat Spreaders
3. XFX nForce 680i LT SLI s775, DDR2, BLan, 7.1Snd, ATX
4. Logitech MX Revolution Cordless Optical Mouse
5. Logitech G15 Keyboard with GamePanel
6. 74GB Western Digital Raptor 10000rpm S-ATA Hard Drive
7. Asus DRW1814 18xDVD Dual Layer Lightscribe SATA Writer-Black
8. Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz LGA775 Processor - Retail
9. XFX 320MB nVidia GeForce 8800 GTS PCI-Express VGA Card

Can you look at all these and tell me with 100% conviction/commitment that I CAN go to 64bit computing? Do they ALL have 64bit drivers readily available if I bought say Windows XP Pro or Windows Vista?, (ie any OS that is 64bit).
Thanks answerers!! :)
