no that will definately not work. get at least a 500-600w psu. the x1950 takes a ton of power. the x1950 was my old card so i know these things. if u have ne more questions about it msg me.

Usually a graphics card of that caliber requires around 400-450 watts.

No way...you will definitely need AT LEAST a 400-450 watt PSU.
