Only the WesternDigital Raptors are the 10K rpm SATA hard drives, the rest are 7500's. The 15K are SCSIs, very different than SATAs

Yes you can, but they are only SATA 1.5, you will not find one that is SATA 3.0. As for the guy who showed you the 15K SCSIs, yeah if your home computer is a server. Don't worry about the fact that they are only SATA 1.5, the hard drives don't even use up its full amount of bandwidth.

for a rapid gaming container get sata with 10,000 rpm. a much bigger cache is great. placed the working equipment on a various hd. the OS could be on a much bigger greater fee-effective sata force. 10,000 rpm drives are smaller and greater costly and maximum video games load i little speedier with them.
