They are those new $100 dollar laptop computers for kids. I cant find them for sale ANYWHERE! Also, does anyone know if they have internet on them? Please HELP ME!

What is the best (cheap-under $700) for pre-teens? I am really interested in purchasing an Acer TravelMate C213TMi laptop, or any of the TravelMate C200 series laptops. I have searched and searched and only found places in the UK that sell it and they do not do business worldwide. I really need a new laptop and when I saw this one, I have been drooling over it since. Please someone out there let me know where I can buy one here in the US. Thanks a Million!
