You can buy an Car ciggy lighter to AC adapter, try Radio Shack.

what you need is a power inverter , this will give you mains power in the car, it plugs into the cigarette lighter of the car, there are normally 2 sizes, 150w and 300w, i have a 300w one in my car and i just plug the laptops power supply into the inverter and that gives me all the power i need
