My x850xt card runs fine but the x1950pro wont work at all since yesterday when the pc just shut down.
no overheating or smell of burning nothing the card is only 19 days old

i installed 30,000 fonts in my pc ( win xp ), my ram is 512mb after installing the fonts my pc is taking 1 hr time to boot, and adobe photoshop is not opening and getting hanged every time, i want to know how many fonts can we install in a pc with my above configuration.

I'm looking for a decent starter PC to upgrade onto. But I want to be sure I have a good base to build on. I basically just want to add RAM and a new graphics card later on. So what key specs should I focus making sure are in the base computer i'm going to buy? Processor etc? please help.

I have a desktop computer with a wireless keyboard and mouse that hooks up to a USB port. I have had trouble with both and have replaced them three times with new ones. The ones on there now are from HP,the same brand as my computer. My question is if I buy a wired keyboard and mouse that uses PS2 (round cable) will it work? The problem is neither wireless mouse nor keyboard work. The computer might as well be dead. Please, your opinions count.

got some second-hand computer rams from my friend. How do I set it up? I mean, I know how to plug those rams into the slots of my computer... but what should I do next? Do i need to do something to "tell" my computer that I got more memory or I won't need to do anything and it will find out by itself? thanks.

I have a Fujitsu 40 GB 2.5" laptop drive, model MHT2040AT. I want to connect this drive to my desktop computer. I have already bought an adapter to connect this drive to my computer, but for some reason, the BIOS System Setuprecognizes it as "Unknown Drive" and i can't do anything with it. How do i make the drive usable?? ---I have two other hard drives, SATA (main windows drive) and IDE (backup). I want to install this drive to put Windows Vista on it.

I need to get a new video card since a game I bought Prison Tycoon doesn't work. The card has to have direct x 9.0 and be a transform and lightening card. I have done some research on the internet and can't seem to find a card that is that. Am I missing something. I have a AMD chipset and can hold agp or pci. HELP!
