I need to get a new video card since a game I bought Prison Tycoon doesn't work. The card has to have direct x 9.0 and be a transform and lightening card. I have done some research on the internet and can't seem to find a card that is that. Am I missing something. I have a AMD chipset and can hold agp or pci. HELP!

Do not get a PCI card, it is expensive but SLOW. Get an 8X AGP card.
CHEAP OPTION- ATI 9600 Pro
FASTER OPTION - 7300GT AGP or 7600GS AGP
Above are all DX9 cards. Only very old cards have no T&L.

You need
Any Nvidia GeForce 5 or later
or
Any ATI Radeon X series or later.
Without knowing more about your current PC it's impossible to recommend something more specific. Will also need to know price range (what can you afford).
