the following site shows you 2 different boxes for a same graphics card.
why is that?

They use the same Nvidia GPU but final cards are made by different makers. I would not recommend both because they only have ddr2 videoram. Get the 7300GT 256mb ddr3 like this one:

It is faster in benchmarks and actual games.

The difference is the actual card manufacturer. They still use nVidia technology but are made by different companies.

The first one is made by PNY wich i would not suggest getting unless you want to waste money.

Go with the second one made by eVGA. They have a lifetime warranty and great tech support.
