you need to go to your webcam manufactures support website and download the driver for it,,,
make a folder call my cam, download the driver in to it and install the driver from there

Go to the website of the company that made the webcam, such as creative.com if its a creative webcam. There under "support" or something similar pick out the the model you have and download the drivers.
