When i tried to instal and run a game i got an errir message "Your hardware or driver does not support Dirctx9.0c 3D accelaration" what should i do to rectify this error?

This most likely means that your Video card is not supported by 9.0c. This will become even more amplified with the release of DirectX 10.
You may try to get card driver updates, but ensure you get the official drivers from your card manufacturer (such as nVIDIA or ATI). These may work now, but your card may not be DirectX 10 compatiable.
The best way to fix the problem is to upgrade your card. A new card will give you more power and better graphics. Apart from that, ther really isn't too much you can do.

Try updating your graphics card driver. If it does not work, your card could be too old for DX9 support. Your other option would be to upgrade to a better graphics card.

you either need to upgrade your drivers(google it) or get a better graphics card
