Do not confuse SYSTEM RAM on the motherboard with VIDEORAM onboard the videocard. They are different.

Your system RAM is PC3200 w/c is 184 pin ddr-sdram. You can not use 240 pin ddr2-sdram. It is not compatible w/ your motherboard.

You can use a graphics card w/ ddr, ddr2 or ddr3 onboard videoram.

i agree with what Harrison said, you can use a technology that just isnt possible to upgrade to, your computer can only use ddr ram but, the video card ram is independent of the motherboard ram, it has its own ram and cpu to run on.

Yes, you can upgrade your vid card. No, you can't use ddr2 ramm. You can Increase the qualtity, but not the technology that underlies it
