Ttried every thing i know! (nothing!) Tried un/re install, tuneuputilities, opentechsupport. Etc... I think i need to take it in! Been quoted,$60-$100, just to look at it! Wow! Can anyone give me a realistic price on just how much it should cost? It's an Emachine T2824. Everything else works fine. I live in Milwaukee,county,Wi. I just want my music to play w/o losing all my music! Thanks for ANY help! I am on disability too, [can prove it] would certin Co's give a discount?

When I plugged it in, it found the drivers, and asked to be restarted. I did, and now it begins to start-up, and stops on a black screen. I un-plug the keyboard, reset, and it begins fine. Help?

My old computer, kept on failing so i bought a new desktop. and I dont want to throw away my old computer, i want to take out the ram and install it in my new desktop, can i do this?

When I add 512mb to my computer it makes my computer beep no stop and it won't come on. My computer already has 512mb and it can go up to 2gb of memory. I tried changing my old memory to the the empty slot and the new memory to the old slot and my computer still beeps. So I put each memory into the old slot individually and no beeping. It only beeps when I but either one in to the open slot.

I hope someone understands what I mean by.

I JUST now notices that I have this thing. EXCUSE my ignorance. I have plenty of space on my C Drive, but I noticed that I have no available space on this D Drive. I have barely anthing on this computer. Should I be worried? HELP!

i would like some expert advice on what future upgrades i could do on this system,bear in mind this is a 2nd p.c (in bedroom) and was originally purchased for £60
cpu: amd athlon 3200+
ram: 1024mb ram ddr pc3200
hdd: 1 x 120gb(master) 1 x 40gb(slave)
graphics: asus nvidia geforce n6200
motherboard : abit nf7-s (n-force 2)
1 x dvd rom drive / 1 x cd-rw drive

i also have a 17" crt monitor,lexmark printer,and a set of 2.1 labtec speakers

any ideas of a good upgrade ?

From what people have been saying Geforce is much better , But their cards are to expensive I could get the same exact card in ATI for a few bucks less.

If you recommend a card , Can you give me specs of it? or a site.

Also I Have 880MB of ram , is that Okay?

I Play video games some what alot , Added up Possibly 4 hours dailey , Not that much compared to other people!

I'm trying to cut back to 4-5 days a week .

I've tried but didn't have any luck.

I tried hooking up my reciever to the two front inputs but it doesn't work. There is still sound coming out of the tv whereas there should only be sound in the headphones if I was doing it right.

it cant be a driver fault because it would at least detect the hardware + i have the driver on floppy but it simply shows no hardware to add to system
