When I plugged it in, it found the drivers, and asked to be restarted. I did, and now it begins to start-up, and stops on a black screen. I un-plug the keyboard, reset, and it begins fine. Help?

eKeys is a MIDI music keyboard. (not a typing keyboard)

When I plugged it in, it found the drivers, and asked to be restarted. I did, and now it begins to start-up, and stops on a black screen. I un-plug the keyboard, reset, and it begins fine. Help?

Program is not compatable with 98 windows or you could uninstall the hard drive then do a new install then it would work fine if it is compatible

you need a regular keyboard start the pc and let it load in then plug in the usb keyboard it will find it again when it asks to restart again say no then restart manualy you should be good if th usb keyboard works then shut down and unplug the regular keyboard and restart
