I assume that's a Socket 939 Processor, get a faster one. Say something in the area of a 3700+ and AMD processors are dirt cheap these days. Get yourself some more memory, I assume that's a single module so get another 1GB PC3200 stick (if that's not the case... upgrade it in any way you can). Ummmm, larger hard drives are definitely in order, I'd go for 250GB and you could then slave your 120GB to it (after copying the data of course). Graphics need to be ramped up, I'd say something in a 7300GT if not a 7600GS which is about as good as you can do on AGP, at least I assume it's an AGP card. Let's see, a DVD burner is definetly in order and you could keep your CDRW drive if you want, but having a vanilla DVD rom drive is not good, not good at all. Oh, you'll also want to get a Sound Card (say something like an Audigy SE) and 5.1 Speakers and I like the Logitech X-530 speakers. It won't be the best system on the planet but it will be far far from the worst.

Looking at your spec try 2GB Ram and a newer Graphics Card (G Force 6600 GT AGP will fit its only a 128MB but behaves like 256MB and take all your fans out and give them a good clean or buy new there cheep.

750 is plenty, Im working a quad-center, 4 gigs 1066 ram and a sturdy video card and a couple of no longer hassle-free drives on a 600W psu without problems. a great sort of folk circulate overkill with the psu, i think of it relatively is because of the fact they arent specific a thank you to function it up, you % a great sort of components to circulate over 750. The 1000W is in all probability a misprint.
