Not all things are scrambled but sometime when I print out my bank statements (PDF) files, it comes out COMPLETELY scrambled.

I am printing it out from my banks online web site service.

I am clicking the area in which it says, "printer friendly version"

I just bought a nvidia GeForce 8400 and the gaphic of my computer improve drastically . i can play games like counter strike , warcraft . but i cant play maplestory . whenever i start that game the bgm sound track of the game still can be heard but there is nothing at my screen except imput out of range. can any one help mi please just bought a new computer but cannot play

I installed a new 200 GB drive. My old drive (C drive) on which the OS is installed is low on disk space and I've tried everything I can to remove unnecessary files and programs (including changing where Documents and Settings are stored). I'd like to avoid reinstalling XP. Is it possible to copy the C drive onto a partition on the new drive and then have the machine boot from this instead?

It goes up for a second or two then comes back down, it slows my laptop down and i cannot see what is doing it.

My HP deskjet 610C is not printing.It is connected to the LPT1 port. It does not have a USB cable. Also I can actually see the printer getting the document when I give the print command from Word or notepad or any other program and status is displyed as printing but then it just changes to deleting. It prints the test page without any problem.
Also when I press the form feed button for about 5 seconds, it prints the test page even if I haven't asked it to.

I have been playing Roller coaster tycoon 3 gold on my vista computer several times with no problem now I get a "Your graphics hardware or driver do not meet the minimum requirements to run this application" message when I try to play it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it with no luck. It can't be the graphics card I have played the game already right? Why in the world will it all the sudden would I have a problem. Thanks

I bought a second hand Advent laptop, the recovery cd was not supplied but it says in the online manual to press f10 at boot up to access the recovery partition, but i'm doing this and its not happening.

The partition hasn't been deleted as when I check HDD capacity it says 37gb its supposed to be 40gb so I assuming the other 3gb is the hidden partition but how do I access it?

I'm planning to buy a Desktop and it's for gaming purposes...From what I've chosen , these are the basic parts

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+
4 Gigs of DDR2 ram
GeForce 8500GT
250 Gigs of hard disk

From the components I've picked, is this okay? Because it's just nice for my budget...As for other things such as power supplies and which motherboard is better, can anyone tell me which should i choose?
For the SLI and overclocking part, I have totally no idea what they're talking...Can anyone please explain to me here?
Finally, is this PC able to go for the long run?Because I wouldn't want it to be outdated so soon...

Hi all
I own a HP Pavilion Laptop model dv5120eu.
Thing is i had faults on hard drive so bought new one 100gb.
I have installed Vista home premium 64 bit onto the sytem as it had xp home edition but ive upgrade now to vista.
Everything is working fine but i have no sound.

checked in device manager and says it needs the drivers. thing is it doesnt say what manafactuer I need to use to get the drivers. All i have to go on is the model number of my laptop dv5120eu . Anyone have any idea where i can get the drivers or check to see who manafactuerd the sound card etc?
I've checked HP site but doesnt say.

Ok, this might sound stupid, but I've been a PC user all my life. I need a notebook for school and I was wondering, if I bought a Macbook, and since it wouldn't have Microsoft Office, how would I create presentations like with something similar to powerpoint, and then play them on the school's computer? And then also, if I created a document like similar to word, how would I be able to transfer it to the school's computer to print it if I had to? Would they be compatible?

Can I create documents and presentations on a Mac notebook and then plug my flash drive into a pc and have it work?
