I have got Acer Aspire 4520 with comes preloaded with Linus version , I want to install the Ubuntu Edition as its far better .
Laptops specification is :

* 6 Cell Lithium Ion Battery
* Integrated 802.11 b/g Wireless LAN (WIFI)
* 56K Fax Modem, 4 USB 2.0 Ports
* Integrated 5-in-1 Card Reader & S-Video TV Out,Consumer IR Port
* Nvidia GeForce 7000M GS Upto 1GB of TurboCache

Kindly Guide from where could i get the sound and graphics driver to get all the 3D effects of Ubuntu's GUI .

As mentioned, you can run the live CD and see how it work. It will run slower off the CD.
Be sure to search the Ubuntu Forums or ask specific questions like, "Will my CD Burner work or Wireless?" if you not sure.
Do as you did here and list your computer specifics as people will ask if you not say.

All right,Frankly,i didnt use Ubuntu,I used OpenSUSE

You could Partition your computer as dual-boot or you could just boot it up from a Live-CD

I think the drivers is all pre-installed,just tick the option for 3D effects

If you dont understand,try searching it thru the net
