How come when I print things on my printer, it comes out all scrambled?

Not all things are scrambled but sometime when I print out my bank statements (PDF) files, it comes out COMPLETELY scrambled.

I am printing it out from my banks online web site service.

I am clicking the area in which it says, "printer friendly version"

call your printer company and they will do some resets over the phone.

easy fix.

That is a question best put to the bank. No hacking the bank ok?
