The bug has been present for most of the day, and is currently on the move...and it's VERY annoying! I can't seem to get it out, nor can I figure out how it got under there. Tapping the screen doesn't work. Yes, this is a genuine question - Serious responses appreciated!

So what's the difference between these two computers?

I want to buy a desktop PC for daily use (word-processing, multimedia, and mainstream gaming, etc). I heard that Core 2 Duo is better than Athlon X2, but not sure why.

More specifically, I am trying to differentiate the Intel C2D E4300 and the AMD Athlon X2 4200+.

At my local computer store, the C2D E4300 is actually cheaper than the 4200+ by a difference of $150 CDN, but the latter comes with ATI X1650 gfx card, while the former is equipped only with an onboard chipset (GMA 3000). Memory is same: 2Gig DDR2.

*read full title* We had the same problem with our speakers, but we got those to work again. I have tried going to the device manager and seeing if the USB was disabled, but it says that it is enabled. Weird. On my printer, it has a USB for the camera to print pictures off of it, and that works fine, but that doesn't work when you want to upload pictures!! SOOOO...I don't know what to do now. =[ Any ideas?

I have a Dell Dimension E520 with 1GB of RAM.

I was told to go with 2GBs and someone at Yahoo! Answers swore by 2GBS citing really poor performance with anything less than 2GB.

I'm tempted to get another Gigabyte and up the RAM to 2GBs. However, I just read a similar question to mine Yahoo! Answers in which a guy says 4GBs.

I'm really tore over this and have no idea what to do. Do I upgrade to 2GBs or 4GBs?

It just doesn't seem like 1GB does the trick for VISTA and I'm getting sick and tried of having to close out a lot of browser windows and stuff after I've been online for a few hours JUST to open something else up! I'm also getting tired of having to close everything JUST to access my Outlook!
