If its only the usb part thats broken then it might be possible. Your best bet is to go to a local computer shop and show them the stick. The USB connection is essentially just connected to the chip by wires. If that shop can connect those wires to anothe rusb head you may be in luck.

Hi. Matt is correct if you are talking about a USB flash drive, but if you mean RAM sticks then I'm afraid not. The RAM needs a voltage applied to keep the memory active.
