Ok, My laptop Advent 7081, keeps making a bleeping noise then switching of. It does it after a certain amount of time of being on it, or sometimes straight away. Its charging because the screen is lit so i know its not battery problems. I have no idea what maybe causing this.

I'll take a guess. HEAT? Does the unit feel very warm to the touch near the CPU when this starts? If so your fan/heatsink may have become clogged and not allowing enough air to circulate. Just a guess..
I would check with the technical forums from the manufacturer since you do seem to have a very particular issue.

That's a pretty specific problem...
You should call a customer service # on the manual or on the notebook itself.
They'll be able to help you more than people here.
