i think i got water on my grafics card.?

The screen is now a light green tint and was shorting out for a while but it seems like the shorting out has stoped...

Will it get better or worse?

ur graphics card is going n will only get worse. get a new graphics card.

Let it dry out. If doesn't work, use a moisture displacing fluid. WD-40 might work(I've used it on a key board); and you have nothing to lose by this time. You should shop around for an upgrade while waiting (Internet first).
