I bought this video editing program for my computer that i need by this friday because i am editing a video and it says that i need 512mb of physical memory and i only have 191mb i used the backup thing on my coputer.(it makes it start like it's new but it does not work HELP!!!!

I am planning on getting a Nvidia 7900 video card but the only problem is that my power supply isnt enough?

I have a Dell Dimension E521 with a 305 watt power source I think. The card needs 350 watts at the minimum. Is there a power supply that is minimum of 350 watts and is compatible with the E521?

i'm looking for laptop for gaming with affordable price, max of SGD (Singapore dollar) $2,500,-?

i will using laptop for : surf internet, chat with YM, wacthing dvds, listen to music, palying games of zoo tycoon 2 and sims 2. i'm narrowing my list with apple macbook intel core 2 duo 2.0 GHZ, and sony vaio C25G/L in intel core 2 duo 1.83 GHZ. Which one i should choose? or should i consider AMD instead of intel?

need help !! i can't run my pc?

i was trying to install a game to my pc.. and suddenly the monitor went blank. but my cpu still running..i guess.. i checked my monitor cabel.. it's well connected..(monitor OK)..then when i tried to run it again.. i heard the fan went fine, dvd rom ok.. but still got blank monitor..it's seem like it's could not start my window.. huh!!

Since most processors cost $100-200 dollars, does that mean the Extreme processors are good for life?

Because the QX6700 and the X6700 cost about $1000. Whats up with that? But I'm wondering because the extreme processor is the best upgrade available at the moment for anyone with a 775 socket in their motherboard. So if I get a computer equipped with the Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 / 2.13 GHz, with a 775 socket, will I be able to get an even better processor in the future? Whats going to be new thats coming out? Is it possible that its going to be a 775 socket?

How can i increase the speed of memory my laptop motherboard accepts?

I have an ASUS G1, the memory standard is DDR2 PC5400 667Mhz, i purchased 2GB's of kingstons PC6400 800mhz and i hoped that my computer would recognize it at the right speed but it only runs at 667mhz. is there any way to tweak the motherboard or bios so that it will run at full speed?

Is there any performance difference between Pentium 4 with 533FSB vs 800FSB?

Is there any performance difference between Pentium 4 with 533FSB vs 800FSB? Is there any links in comparison. Given exactly same clock which would be faster and by how much? Its just that I got free computer but the processor was bad.This mobo supports 400/533/800 FSB bus 478pin cpu,so I am curios which one should I go for.

Using monitor and HDTV with a y-splitter?

I have a Dell computer that I want to connect to a monitor and a HDTV (to show the same image, but in different rooms). On the computer I have a DVI output, but not a separate VGA output.

I have recently purchased a Y-splitter to connect in the DVI slot of the computer that splits in VGA and a DVI slots. The monitor is connect in the VGA and the HDTV is connected to the DVI slot by a HDMI wire.

The problem is that I can use one or the other screen, but not both at the same time. Do you have a solution to make the image correctly on both screens?

By the way, the monitor is a 19" LCD and the TV is a 42" plasma.

Ghz speed and processor?

Hey guys, I have a question. I'm a big noob when it comes to computers... Is having a AMD Anthlom 64 X2 DUAL core processor 3800+ *speed 2.0 GHZ*, 3.00GB of RAM good enough to make my 2.0 GHZ speed irrelevant? I'm not sure if the speed will make a big difference, I know it's not the best hehe.
